Beginning of the end.. or the beginning of the beginning

Good news is.... We have a new place to live!!! It is a decent compromise of commute for Justin and I. God just worked out so many details. We found a place we REALLY liked, but we were worried about the price. We kept looking, but kept going back to this place. So, with a sonic drink and prayer time we just asked for a clear direction, a place that we want to call home for next season of our lives. We decided to go back to the original place, just to get a concrete quote. It turns out that the original quote we got was about $50 too high, which would put us BELOW our cut budget for housing, yipee! Victory number 1! (Not to mention that it made it only $10 more than the cheapest place we found, which was smaller and 20 yrs older). The leasing agent let us take the keys and go look at the ACTUAL apartment so we could go in and just make sure we were okay with it. We came back and made our final decision. As we are filling out the paperwork, she casually stated "So did *leasing agent x* tell you about the free TV?" We both were like "Umm No, is it too late?"..."Oh this weekend we are offering a free 32"plasma flat screen when you sign a lease with us". Victory number 2! Just to top it off, they are huge supporters of the school Justin got into, so they waved all deposits and fees! Victory #3! God just provided above and beyond. I just felt like it was another time that He was clearly saying "I am your provider" "Trust me"... and we are so thankful. It was a definite bittersweet moment. We got in the car just in shock. We are really moving here. We were thankful for the home, relief of finally knowing where we will live, thankful for the financial breaks and gifts, and just sad to know we are going to be torn from our current community. I am bawling and barely understandable and Justin is looking at me like "I thought you liked that one" haha.

So Here is a pic of our new apartment home for this season!

Thank you Jesus!
